• Cogapp to develop Design Patterns Library for BBC

Cogapp is pleased to announce it is to develop a Design Patterns Library for the BBC, following a competitive tender process put out to the corporation's Approved Suppliers List (ASL). Cogapp  joined the ASL in 2004, after going through a rigorous selection process.

The Library will be a repository for best practice design and interactions for the full network of BBC sites. With the BBC's ongoing web site redevelopment, which saw the launch of a dynamic new homepage this week, the Library will be a crucial developer resource going forward.

Wireframes and designs have been provided by the BBC for incorporation into a customised Drupal back end, with work expected to be complete by April.
