• Cogapp conducting user testing for major UK mobile operator

Cogapp is delighted to have won a series of competitve tenders to undertake user testing projects for a major UK mobile operator. The varied projects, all to be turned around in quick succession, see Cogapp building strongly on its developing portfolio of commercial consultancy work.

Each project will involve the thorough testing of prototype products by up to twelve users, tightly aligned to the actual or intended audience specified by the mobile operator. This in-depth research will feed into reports and presentations intended to guide the development of the various products in the direction most suited, accessible and useful to the users in question.

The process offers measurably better results for clients, and we are pleased to be helping the mobile operator employ the method as an important part of its product design operations.
