Future Trends - with added Cogapp
April 2008
Ian Smith, Cogapp's Head of Interactive, has been invited to speak at the Future Trends conference in London on Wednesday 23rd April. The Future Trends conference brings together world-leading experts to explore and examine innovative uses of technology in museums. Taking place at The Wellcome Collection, Ian will be speaking along with Jane Burton (Tate Media) and Dave Patten (Science Museum) among others.
Ian will be giving a talk entitled 'Making the Most of it: Technology and Public Spaces,' where he'll discuss how museums and other organisations can use technology to make the most of their unique selling points: their content and their spaces. Cogapp's recently launched work with MoMA as well as the Prudential will be used to help illustrate Ian's presentation.
Both Colin Jenkinson (Design Director) and Joe Baskerville (Senior Technologist) will also be attending and we'll be covering the event on our blog next week.
