Cogapp opens exhibit at Kitty Hawk

December 2003

After three years of development, we are very pleased to announce the opening of the Wright Experience: Five Challenges to Flight exhibit at the exhibition pavilion in the Wright National Memorial park.

The exhibit features artefacts including a complete reproduction of the 1902 glider and a working replica Wright Brothers engine, produced by the Wright Experience as part of their mission to explore and recreate every aspect of the Wright Brothers' amazing achievement. A series of five interactives explain, in depth, how the pieces of the jigsaw fitted together in the lead up to the first powered flight in December 1903.

The project, sponsored by the Discovery of Flight Foundation, the Outer Banks Visitors Bureau and Bombardier, was a collaboration between the the Wright Experience and Cogapp.
