Definition
Definition is the documentation stage of a project and is concerned with building a platform for the rest of the project by: documenting decisions made during Exploration; establishing and documenting consensus amongst project stakeholders; describing in detail what will be produced during Implementation.
The deliverables from the Definition stage are all documents, and it is crucial that all project stakeholders read and understand what is being proposed before the project moves into Implementation.
