Pete Gale ~ Head of User Experience
Pete Gale joined Cogapp in June 2007 as Digital Strategy Consultant, and was promoted to Head of User Experience soon after.
Prior to his appointment, Pete was a Managing Consultant at Flow Interactive, where he oversaw a wide range of user centred design, user research and usability consultancy projects with clients that included Transport for London, BUPA, RS Components, Vodafone and the BBC.
His role is to further develop Cogapp’s customer experience and consultancy offering to a wider range of corporate and private sector clients.
Originally trained as a furniture designer, Pete has been working since 1998 on designing and developing interfaces across a variety of channels and devices, including touch screen kiosks, interactive TV, web and mobile.
Pete is a member of the UPA (Usability Professionals Association). He enjoys sailing and cycling in his spare time.
