The final project allows children to investigate migrations that have taken place in the last 200 years on a world map; create their own migration map; read other children's migration diaries and create their own diaries; and produce a programme about migration with Studio M - a specially created video editing application.
The project was delivered on time and budget despite the difficulty of managing and delivering a large amount of fully accessible content in four languages.
Our response to this challenge was to build a joint asset management tool (JAMJAR) that is potentially applicable to all BBC jam projects.
