An initial consultancy phase was undertaken looking at the project from multiple perspectives, including the business objectives, audience, content development, technical considerations and operational requirements.

The work was undertaken with Lucas Publications over a number of sessions.

The next phase of work was to produce detailed technical, functional and design specifications for the service. In order to guide this work we undertook user research with expats, potential editors and representatives from large corporations and HR departments.
