Cogapp helps launch Brighton e-Learning Alliance

Cogapp has signed up to become a founder member of the Brighton e-Learning Alliance (BeLA) - a specialist group organised by Wired Sussex and dedicated to promoting e-Learning.

BeLA will represent the unique local concentration of e-Learning companies in the Brighton area.
