Cogapp selected as a Webby Award Official Honouree

We received some very good news yesterday as our Dorling Kindersley Eyewitness Travel Paris iPad app has been named an Official Honouree for the Travel category in this year’s Webby Awards.

Now in their 15th year, the Webby Awards are the leading international awards honouring excellence in the digital landscape. In recognition of the exceptional quality of submissions received this year, the academy has acknowledged outstanding entries as Official Honourees.

In an official statement sent to us from David-Michel Davies, the Executive Director of the Webby Awards says,

“With nearly 10,000 entries received from all 50 US states and over 60 countries, the Official Honoree distinction is awarded to the top 10% of all work entered that exhibits remarkable achievement.”

The DK Eyewitness Travel Paris iPad app was the first app we developed with Dorling Kindersley in the Eyewitness series and we’re thrilled that it has been recognised with this impressive industry accolade.
