Cogapp wins Arts Council project to redevelop UK Young Artists Biennale site

We've just started work on our latest project for the Arts Council, providing the design and technology for a fully updated website for the UK Young Artists Biennale 2009, as well as creating a refreshed visual identity for the scheme.

The UK Young Artists Biennale is promoted by the International Association for the Biennale of Young Artists from Europe and brings young artists together to promote creativity, international exchange and peace. During the festival, which takes place in Skopje, Macedonia in September this year, artists exhibit their work in public spaces and participate in workshops and intercultural dialogue. The updated site will provide a showcase for the UK artists and also facilitate the application process, enabling all artists to apply to attend the event electronically and upload examples of their work.

This project follows on from the recently launched 'Artists Taking the Lead' website, fully implemented by Cogapp in collaboration with the Arts Council. We are one of only four companies to have won a place on their Digital Creative Roster at the end of last year.
