Cogapp to work on third Transport for London user experience project

Having completed our second user experience project this year for Transport for London, Cogapp has won another round of competitive tendering to secure a third.

This project will involve supporting the TfL new media team in the analysis of existing research and the production of materials to support their user-centred design processes.

This follows two recently delivered user testing projects for TfL which both involved the testing of prototypes for updated areas of Transport for London's website. The user testing sessions were focussed on identifying usability and user experience issues with the prototypes and working with the client to resolve these.
