The National Archives relaunch website using research conducted by Cogapp
January 2010
The National Archives have recently completed a significant restructuring of their website building on the results of user experience consultancy carried out by Cogapp.
Cogapp worked with The National Archives on a number of projects, looking at branding, information architecture and interaction across various areas of the site. This work was conducted to define what the final form of the site would be and to manage the transition to it. The newly structured website is now live and provides a cleaner appearance, sleeker IA and more intuitive structure for customers. This helps to address many of the issues that the site has suffered from in the past.
