Niki Strange moving on to set up consultancy

After seven happy and productive years at Cogapp, Dr Niki Strange, currently our Head of Business Development, is moving on to set up her own digital consultancy.

Since joining the company in spring 2003, Niki has driven the growth of Cogapp's business development and communications operation to the flourishing department we have today.  Notable achievements include securing Cogapp's place on a number of high-profile rosters and numerous projects wins including substantial jobs for Arts Council England, BBC, DCMS, Great North Museum, and LOCOG/London 2012.  

In her new consultancy role, Niki will be working with digital SMEs and in the public, cultural and education sectors providing industry research, strategy consulting and business development services, as well as applying the knowledge gained from her doctoral research into multiplatform production.

Cogapp's Managing Director, Alex Morrison, paid tribute to Niki's contribution to Cogapp's growth/development: "Niki has done a fantastic job, building our business development capability and developing our communications programmes. We will be very very sorry to see her go but she is leaving us in excellent shape. We will go on working with Niki through her new company and will help her to develop her business where we can."

Niki's last day at Cogapp will be 4th March, and after taking a short break she will be ramping up her new venture, Strange Digital, to launch later in the spring. We wish her all the very best and we will continue to work together in future.
