Claire Kent / Deputy Business Manager

Claire joined Cogapp as Accountant in January 2007 and became Deputy Business Manager in July 2008. Her central responsibilities lie in resource management, the provision of support to project managers and the ongoing audit of internal processes. She also works closely with the Business Development team, providing financial analysis to inform our business development, promotion and marketing strategy.

Claire produces management accounts, is responsible for cashflow, and ensures the company is compliant with legislation including health and safety.

Prior to joining Cogapp, Claire obtained broad accounting experience at The College of Law, Sussex Enterprise and the University of Sussex. Claire gained the CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting in May 2010 and is working towards the next stage of the qualification.
