Colin Jenkinson / Design Director
As Design Director, Colin's role is principally focussed on design consultancy, art direction, and lead design. He also manages our design department, which has fast grown its exceptional portfolio and reputation under his guidance. He works closely with the board of directors, our clients, and the production, technical and user experience departments.
Colin has over 12 years experience as a graphic designer behind him, bringing his breadth of knowledge and diverse skill range to every project he works on. Recently this has involved work for the Great North Museum, National Portrait Gallery, British Museum, Arts Council, BBC and the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Colin's work with the design department has been recognised in Design Week and at the iDesign Conference 2007.
Colin started working for Cogapp in 2003 and was made Design Director in October 2007. His work previous to joining Cogapp includes interactive projects with Mute Records, Sony and Channel 4, branding work with Wolff Olins and Leo Burnett, and BAFTA-winning animation with Interfield and the BBC.
Colin has a BA Honours Degree from Saint Martins, graduating in 1993. He is a member of D&AD, the Typographic Circle and Central St Martins Alumni Network.
