Lynn Ute Krieter
Lynn is passionate about user experience (UX) and works closely with our UX and production teams to help our clients use online and interactive media to engage their audiences. With a focus on intuitive, easy-to-use web sites and digital applications she brings her skills as a Human Factors International Certified Usability Analyst, User Interface Designer and Web Developer to the role, ensuring audience experience remains at the heart of Cogapp’s offering.
Previous to joining Cogapp, Lynn worked as a User Experience Manager for Businesslink.gov.uk/Serco – one of the UK’s largest e-government websites. She developed the UX strategy and managed strategic research and design pieces around the future experience and identity of the Business Link website. She has also worked as User Interface Designer for DB Educational Services, a freelance Web Developer and Interface Designer in Germany as well as holding a former career as a consultant, evaluator, researcher and author.
Lynn is a certified PRINCE2 project manager as well as a HFI certified Usability Analyst, and has a MA in German and Italian Literature, Linguistics and Journalism from Freie Universitaet Berlin.
