Pete Gale / Head of User Experience
Pete leads Cogapp’s user experience and consultancy offering for a wide range of corporate, public sector and charity clients. As Head of User Experience he manages the flourishing department, which has grown since he joined the company in 2007.
He has managed user experience and IA work for the Home Office, Macmillan Cancer Support, the National Archives, a major mobile and broadband provider, a large pubic transport operator, and many many more. As well as undertaking dedicated consultancy work, he feeds his broad expertise into design and build projects. In all Pete has several hundred user research sessions under his belt, in the lab and in the field. Drawing on his experience in managing user centred design and usability consultancy projects at Flow Interactive for clients like BUPA, Vodafone, BBC and Royal Mail, he provides consultancy to clients, carries out and supervises user research, and works on information architecture and interaction design. He has a decade's experience in designing, developing and testing interfaces across a range of channels and devices including touch screen kiosks, interactive TV, web and mobile.
