Rachael Rainbow / Production Director
Rachael is Cogapp's Production Director. She is responsible for all our project managers and our user experience team. She also takes responsibility for our working methods to make sure that all our projects are well managed, enjoyable to work on and deliver great results for our customers.
She has managed a number of high profile and challenging projects for clients including the European Union, the Home Office and the British Museum. She was also the project manager for the highly successful ICONS project for the Department for Culture, Media and Sport. More recently, she managed a website redevelopment for the National Portrait Gallery and an online community and interactive kiosk project for the Airbourne Assault Museum at IWM Duxford.
Rachael joined Cogapp in 1999 after completing an MSc in Information Systems at the University of Brighton and a BA Honours Degree in Geography, German and European Studies at the University of Sussex and Frei Universitaet, Berlin. Rachael is a certified PRINCE2 project manager, and member of the British Computer Society HCI group.
