We are looking for people to test the websites and other interactive products we design for clients like the BBC, British Museum, National Gallery and Home Office.
Taking part is simple – we will ask you some questions and you can tell us what you think. There are no right or wrong answers, and your feedback will have direct input into how our products develop.
No technical skills are necessary – in fact we often look for people with limited technical ability because we want to make our products easy to use for everyone.
We offer a cash incentive for taking part in a 45 minute testing session, which is usually £20. The sessions usually take place on a one-to-one basis, and may be observed and recorded. People usually find the sessions enjoyable and rewarding.
We maintain a list of people interested in participating. If you’d like to join this list, please read the Terms and Conditions and then complete our online form. It should only take a few minutes to fill out. Once signed up you will receive emails informing you of upcoming sessions. If you are appropriate to a project we’ll invite you to take part; unfortunately we cannot guarantee to invite everyone who has signed up.
If you are under the age of 16, you will need the consent of a parent or guardian to complete the form. In this case, please email us with your full name, the name of a parent or guardian, and their contact details (ideally an email address). Once we have their permission to continue, we will send you a link to the profile form for under-16s.
If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us on +44 (0) 1273 821600.
