His thought leadership has seen him present at international conferences including the opening Ignite reception of MCN, as well as MuseumNext and MuseWeb, and is taught as part of Georgetown University's Art & Museum Studies Masters Program.
He co-curated and presented MCNx London for Cogapp on behalf of the Museum Computer Network.
Gavin is an experienced facilitator and has run user testing sessions, stakeholder interviews and creative workshops in the US and UK for clients including National Portrait Gallery, MoMA and The Met.
Gavin is Agile accredited, PRINCE2 qualified and has a Postgraduate Diploma in e-learning theory and design.
His travel blog Worthing Versus The World was featured on the BBC and in Sussex newspapers and is now available as an e-book raising funds for Worthing charity Guild Care.
