Kevin Cunningham

Kevin contributes across all parts of our projects, covering frontend and backend web development, as well as cloud infrastructure and delivery.

He has used his experience in developing Drupal applications to deliver for Qatar Digital Library. This work included enhancing the discovery and exploration of the archive using a combination of IIIF, Solr and bespoke code.

Other Cogapp clients Kevin has workd with include the Baseball Hall of Fame and Kimbell Art Museum.

Kevin joined Cogapp having spent over a dozen happy years teaching Maths in secondary schools across Brighton and Hove. Alongside teaching Maths and coaching colleagues, he enjoyed running STEM clubs and helping students learn how to code in Scratch and Python.

Kevin continues to apply his problem-solving skills at Cogapp, only now it is more often done using code to solve problems for our clients.

Away from work Kevin enjoys escaping in his campervan with his family, drinking good coffee and reading large quantities of books.

Kevin is originally from Belfast.
