The role

You will be in charge of active development projects, built using agile methods. This will involve managing your project team, collaborating with your client, and reporting to leadership.

You will also manage support agreements with established Cogapp clients and represent us at conferences.

About you

You will have experience working in a delivery-focused environment. It might be a digital agency, but that’s not a requirement if you can demonstrate transferable skills.

You are a clear and confident communicator in person and writing.

You enjoy taking responsibility (and not just when things go well). You take pride in your work.

You are flexible in your approach to problem-solving, even under pressure.

You are ruthless at prioritisation, pleasantly ambitious, and unashamedly organised.

You have an appreciation for / experience in user experience design.

You have a passion that makes a career at Cogapp a good fit.
