Technical discovery begins alongside our other discovery work-streams and lasts between two and four weeks. We will visit you to get to know your team, interview various stakeholders, and generally get under the skin of your organisation, your infrastructure, and your data. We’ll build trust with your in-house experts ensuring context is understood and plans are aligned.

We are technology agnostic with experience of many content management systems, collection management systems, CRMs, DAMs, ticketing systems, and frameworks. In short, we choose the right tool for the job. Where possible we favour open source software and are keen advocates of IIIF and other metadata standards used across the cultural sector.
